What's the variety of templates?
Eight starters today: Tier-1 IT Helpdesk, Finance Q&A, HR Onboarding, PM Agent, Code Review, Stack Bootstrap, Audit Agent, and Cross-Project Knowledge. You can edit any system prompt, swap models, change tools, and ship. Building a fully custom template (your own prompt, your own tools) is on every plan.
Can I bring my own LLM keys (BYOLLM)?
Yes — Enterprise tier. Bring Anthropic, OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, or BYOK proxies (LiteLLM compatible). Free, Pro, and Business use Studio's metered LLM pool with per-tenant cost attribution; Enterprise can either continue on the pool or move to BYOLLM and pay only the platform fee.
What's the contract length?
Free is free forever. Pro and Business are month-to-month with a 14-day free trial — cancel anytime. Enterprise is annual by default with quarterly business reviews; multi-year discounts available on request.
Do you support MSP / reseller multi-tenancy?
Enterprise tier only. We give you a parent tenant and you provision sub-tenants for each of your clients. You bill them, we bill you. Common for managed-service providers selling helpdesk-as-a-service or for agencies running a client-facing chat surface across many brands.
How does custom-domain setup work?
On Business+ you point a CNAME from chat.yourcompany.com to studio.intelligentit.io. We provision the SSL automatically and route traffic to your tenant. End users see chat.yourcompany.com in the URL bar; the widget runs entirely on your subdomain.
What counts as a 'message'?
One message = one user turn (your end-user typing something). Agent replies, tool calls, and KB lookups don't count toward your monthly cap. If you blow past the cap mid-month, the agent keeps responding and we'll send you a notice; we never silently cut off conversations.
Can I change tiers later?
Yes, in-app, anytime. Upgrades pro-rate immediately. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle. Annual Enterprise contracts switch on the next renewal cycle.
Is there a discount for non-profits or education?
